All pets must be spayed or neutered. We require current vaccination records and a photo of each pet. Dogs must be leashed at all times, and residents are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Breed Restrictions The following breeds are prohibited: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Tosa Inu/Ken, American Bandogge, Cane Corso, Rottweiler, Doberman, Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Boerboel, Gull Dong, Basenji, Mastiff, Perro de Presa Canario, Fila Brasileiro, Wolf Hybrid, Caucasian Ovcharka, Kangal, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Spitz, as well as reptiles, rabbits, and pot-bellied pigs. Reasonable Accommodations Breed restrictions do not apply to verified assistance animals approved as a reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities. Requests are reviewed in accordance with applicable fair housing laws and our property's procedures.
